If I could listen to NPR podcasts, (and watch TED talks too), for days on end, I'd be an even happier camper! I'm an admitted learning junkie, and I especially love learning form people who are passionate about what they're sharing. Note to Self, a favorite radio program produced by WNYC studios, my local NPR radio station, and hosted by Manoush Zomorodi, discusses issues which center around our digital lives. Beginning Monday, Feb 6, Zomorodi will be hosting a timely and relavant five day series, entitled, "The Privacy Paradox: What you need to know to take back your digital idenity and maybe even your soul". The daily topics are as follows:
By signing up for the Privacy Paradox, you'll receive an e-mail newsletter each day of the series with links to that day's "mini" podcast, a daily challenge, and according to the FAQ page "lots of tips". All episodes will be archived and available on the WNYC, Note to Self webpage, or via your favorite podcasting app, (my current favorite bis Pocket Casts); and even better, the tip filled newsletters will still be available for those who sign up after the series launch. |
